India revokes licences of 14 'fake pilots'

The licences of 14 pilots have been revoked by India's aviation authorities as they were allegedly proved to be flying with fake documents.

A police probe found a flying club had issued "fake records" of their training sessions, India's civil aviation chief, Bharat Bhushan, told the BBC.

Is this a systemic problem throughout the world; do we have possibly some schools in the US doing the same thing? What's your opinion?     

Pilot Fatigue

Just read some interesting articles on how Pilots should be countering the symptoms of fatigue, but nothing on reforming the root causes of how pilots are getting fatigued. Will that really be addressed in the new Flight Time Duty regulations?
